Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA Platform maintenance to be conducted on Monday May 11th, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.
Planned activities include deployment of software updates designed to support card association compliance initiatives.
● G2 Tools Internal Tracing, Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will be unavailable between 5:45 a.m. ET and approximately 8:00 a.m. ET.

Effective May 13, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA Platform ATR (stand by) maintenance to be conducted Wednesday, May 13th, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.
Planned activities include deployment of software updates designed to support card association compliance initiatives.
● Customer Master File (CMF) and Transaction Data Store (TDS) for NA region will continue to be available during this event.
● There will be minimal impact to transaction processing. The region will operate in Alternate Transaction Routing (ATR) mode for a two-minute test after deployment. This is between the hours of 6:30 a.m. ET and 8:00 a.m. ET.
● Administrative functions such as reversal, tip adjust, pre-auth completion, and batch close functions will be unavailable to point-of-sale users while GSAP-NA is processing in ATR mode.
