Effective July 14, 2026
Please be advised Global Payments will be performing Tacit/ Relay certificate update maintenance on Tuesday July 14, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 06:00 a.m. ET and end at 01:00 p.m. ET the same day.
During this maintenance, the expiring Tacit Relay certificate for txns.secureexchange.net will be renewed with Sectigo across GCP and the Atlanta/Richmond data centers. Unsupported and deprecated ciphers in GCP will also be removed. In addition, Ubuntu operating system (OS) will be upgraded which impacts Tacit/Relay server. This upgrade will force the deprecated of the SSL2 and vulnerable 1024 RSA ciphers.

Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing targeted GNAP-Greenhouse North Authorization Platform maintenance on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026.
This maintenance is scheduled from 05:00 a.m. EDT to 06:00 a.m. EDT on the same day. During this maintenance window, a Mastercard compliance update will be implemented. Effective July 15, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA Platform ATR (stand by) maintenance to be conducted Wednesday July 15th, 2026. Our change window begins at 6:00am ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00am ET that day.
Planned activities include deployment of software updates designed to support card association compliance initiatives.
● Customer Master File (CMF) and Transaction Data Store (TDS) for NA region will continue to be available during this event.
● There will be minimal impact to transaction processing. The region will operate in Alternate Transaction Routing (ATR) mode for a two-minute test after deployment. This is between the hours of 6:30am ET and 8:00am ET.
● Administrative functions such as reversal, tip adjust, pre-auth completion, and batch close functions will be unavailable to point-of-sale users while GSAP-NA is processing in ATR mode.
