Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing GPecom maintenance in the production Environment on September 15, 2026. The maintenance window is scheduled from 00:00 a.m. ET to 03:00 a.m. ET. This is part of the canary deployment that was rolled out on September 10, 2026 and during this maintenance window, only 30% of traffic for HPP and 50% of traffic for GPeCom & 3DS APIs will be migrated from Apigee Edge to the new Apigee X environment for Production. No service impact is anticipated during this activity. The migration will be closely monitored throughout the maintenance window, with established rollback and escalation procedures in place should any unexpected issues occur.

Center throughout the maintenance activity.

Once the change has been successfully completed and validated, transaction traffic will be returned

Summary: Global Payments merchants may experience intermittent timeouts when processing Interac MobilePay transactions using token service provider (TSP) Services.
