TSYS Data Center Maintenance Oct 2, 2022 22:00 - Oct 3, 2022 02:00 MDT
TSYS will be performing maintenance starting Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 10:00 PM MT, until Monday, October 3, 2022 at 2:00 AM MT, in the Suwanee data center (64.66.62.9) environment.

During this time, it is recommended that clients/endpoints that do not have automated fail over or load balancing in place for VPN or MPLS circuit connectivity move their Sierra/Summit/Saratoga traffic to the Tempe data center (64.66.52.9) to avoid interruptions.

TXP Data Center Move Oct 8, 2022 03:00-06:00 MDT
TXP Data Center move is scheduled for October 8, 2022.

· TSYS is moving the Primary Center from Tempe to Suwanee on Saturday, October 8th for TXP at 3:00 a.m. MT.

· When traffic is redirected during this event there will be a risk of client impacts. Merchants that connect to the platform via IP addresses instead of URLs will need to keep all IP addresses on their systems for inbound and outbound communications or monitoring.

· There will be intermittent processing issues during this event. Some in-flight authorizations will time-out during this event.
