Scheduled Maintenance: GPeCom Production Database Maintenance
Effective October 5, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing GPecom Database maintenance in the production Environment on October 5, 2026. The maintenance window is scheduled for 2 hours from 23:00 ET on October 5, 2026 to 01:00 ET on October 6, 2026.
During this maintenance window, the database instance will be cut over to the secondary server within the same Google Cloud region, which will lead to a short period (less than 60 seconds) of downtime for all services. This downtime is expected around 00:00 ET on October 6, 2026 and during the downtime, merchants can expect to see either latency, failures or a combination of both. The maintenance activity will be closely monitored throughout the maintenance window, with established rollback and escalation procedures in place should any unexpected issues occur.
