We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Saratoga / Sierra / Summit platform between 10:00 PM MT on Monday, July 21, 2025 and 6:30 AM MT on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The platform may experience disconnects while the maintenance is being performed.

Please note: Global Payments will be performing maintenance on Sierra on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. This maintenance will result in the maintenance window being extended by 30 minutes and ending at 6:30 AM MT on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

During this time, the following file transmissions related to cycle 05 may experience a delay in delivery:

- Authorization Detail File (ADF)
- Capture Detail File (CDF)
- D256 (POS Cycle Copy)

All file transmissions should be caught up by 8:00 AM PT.
