TXP & TC Maintenance

Scheduled - TSYS will be performing maintenance on TXP and TC infrastructure on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 7:00 PM MT until 8:00 PM MT. We are enabling the firewall rules that were put in place on March 25, 2024. The firewall rules will start blocking sources NOT originating from the new WAF. The IPs have already moved, so this should NOT impact customers connecting properly to the gateways. We do not anticipate an impact to transaction processing on TXP and TC. However, with all production changes there is a possibility of a service interruption during the timeframe of 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM MT on May 2, 2024.

The only change is blocking access to the old IPs for following URLs:

Heartland Exchange Lite, NWS & VAPS Debit declined transactions
Resolved - The third party maintenance has concluded and merchants are no longer experiencing sporadic declines on Debit. This issue is now resolved.

Identified - Heartland is aware of a system issue affecting some merchants on the Exchange Lite, NWS & VAPS platforms who are processing Debit card transactions. Our Debit provider has advised that there is ongoing maintenance for a third party until 6:00 AM ET. Merchants may see sporadic declines when processing Debit. This issue is external to Heartland and Global Payments. Additional updates will be provided once they become available from the third party.
