Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP NA Production Platform Maintenance
Effective August 31, 2026

Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA (G2-NA) Platform maintenance to be conducted Monday August 31st, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

Planned activities include GSAP OS Database Maintenance.

- Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will be unavailable during this event.

- There will be no impact to transaction processing.
