Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP NA Production Platform Maintenance Effective October 01, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA (G2-NA) Platform maintenance to be conducted on Thursday October 1st, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.
Planned activities include the transition of GSAP processing to an alternate data center. Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will be unavailable between 5:45 a.m. ET and approximately 8:00 a.m. ET. There will be no impact to transaction processing
