Please be advised Global Payments will be performing Tacit/ Relay server maintenance on Tuesday October 06, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 04:00 a.m. ET and end at 06:00 a.m. ET the same day.
This change will move the noted URL to a stricter cipher policy. While support teams anticipate this maintenance to have no impact, it is possible that merchants may experience minimal service interruption for any in-flight merchant traffic associated with direct to Exchange (Tacit/ Relay Server) application traffic.
