Scheduled Maintenance: GNAP AT1000 HSM Certificates Update in Atlanta Metro Data Center Effective October 21, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing Certificate maintenance in the Atlanta Metro Data Center on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 22:00 p.m. ET and is scheduled to end on Thursday, October 22 at 03:00 a.m. ET on the next day.
Global Payments will perform Certificate update as part of planned maintenance. No transaction processing impact is anticipated, as transaction traffic will be temporarily routed from the Atlanta Metro Data Center to the Richmond Metro Data Center throughout the maintenance activity. Once the change has been successfully completed and validated, transaction traffic will be returned to the Atlanta Metro Data Center.
Global Payments will closely monitor all systems throughout the entire process to ensure continued stability and performance. If you experience any issues during this period, please follow established escalation procedures.
