Please see below maintenance advisory regarding GSAP NA Production Platform Maintenance scheduled for October 19th, 2026.

Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

Planned activities include GSAP NA Prod Database maintenance.

Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will be
unavailable between 5:45 a.m. ET and approximately 8:00 a.m. ET.

There will be no impact to transaction processing.
