TSYS is moving the Primary Center from Suwanee to Tempe on Saturday, May 17th from 3:00 a.m. to 5 a.m. MT.
When traffic is redirected during this event there will be a risk of client impacts. Merchants that connect to the platform via IP addresses instead of URLs will need to keep all IP addresses on their systems for inbound and outbound transaction processing or monitoring.
There could be intermittent processing issues during this event. Some in-flight authorizations will time-out during this event.
