Emergency Maintenance: Security Maintenance in Richmond and Atlanta Metro Data Center Effective August 26th, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing emergency security maintenance for Revenue customer connections across the Atlanta Metro and Richmond Data Centers on August 26, 2026. The maintenance window is scheduled from 4:00 a.m. ET to 7:00 a.m. ET.
No service impact is expected during this maintenance. Any affected applications will be automatically redirected to alternate Global Payments data center locations to ensure service continuity. If you experience any issues during the maintenance window, please follow the established escalation procedures.
