Please be advised Global Payments will be performing platform maintenance on Portico RIC (Maple) application, on Thursday, August 20, 2026 This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 02:00 AM. ET and scheduled to end at 07:00:00 AM. ET.
While support teams anticipate this maintenance to have no impact, it is possible that merchants may experience minimal service interruption for any in flight merchant traffic associated Portico application or service on the URL mentioned below: Api2-na.portico.globalpay.com
