Please be advised Global Payments will be performing platform maintenance on Robinhood East on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 04:00 a.m. ET and end at 7:00 a.m. ET same day.
While support teams will be monitoring systems and strive to achieve maintenance activities with no interruptions, merchants may experience very brief timeouts for any inflight Exchange, GSAP, or GNAP merchant traffic that utilizes Portico service. If you experience any issues, please follow the established escalation procedures.
