Global Payments will be conducting unscheduled network maintenance on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, starting at 10:00 PM MT, and ending at 6:00 AM MT on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Users will want to make sure they are properly balanced between the East and West coast data centers during this window.
If they are load balanced between the East and West, users may experience intermittent transaction time outs for Sierra, Saratoga, Summit, and TransIT.
Users pointing to the East coast only will want to repoint all activity to the West coast (Tempe - 64.66.52.x) by 8:00 PM MT to minimize service disruption in advance of the change window.
