Please be advised Global Payments will be performing Portico version 3.52 release to the
production environment on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at
04:00 A.M. ET and end at 07:00 A.M. ET the same day.

While support teams anticipate this maintenance to have no impact, it is possible that merchants
may experience minimal service interruption for any in-flight merchant traffic during the failover
from one data center to the other.
