Global Payments will be performing unscheduled maintenance of the File Transfer / Sterling File Gateway systems which may affect merchant Batch Authorization System (BAS) file processing between 7:00 AM MT and 1:00 PM MT on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Merchant BAS response files may be delayed due to this unscheduled maintenance. During this time, SFTP mailboxes will not be accessible through the URL.
