Scheduled Maintenance: GPeCom Platform Production Maintenance Effective September 10, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing GPecom maintenance in the production Environment on September 10, 2026. The maintenance window is scheduled from 00:00 a.m. ET to 02:00 a.m. ET.
During this maintenance window, 10% of the traffic for the Main GPeCom and 3DS API applications will be migrated from Apigee Edge to the new Apigee X environment for Production, as part of the initial Canary deployment. No service impact is anticipated during this activity. The migration will be closely monitored throughout the maintenance window, with established rollback and escalation procedures in place should any unexpected issues occur.
