Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP-NA Platform Maintenance Effective August 27th, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA (G2-NA) Platform maintenance to be conducted Thursday August 27th, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.
Planned activities include GSAP G2 Database Maintenance:
● Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will continue to be available during this event while G2Tools (Internal GUI) will be unavailable. ● There will be no impact to transaction processing.
