Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP NA Production Maintenance Effective October 29, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA (G2-NA) Platform maintenance to be conducted Wednesday October 29, 2026. The change window will begin at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET the same day.
Planned activities include GSAP NA Prod OS and Database maintenance.
● Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will be unavailable between 5:45 a.m. ET and approximately 8:00 a.m. ET
● There will be no impact to transaction processing.
