Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP NA ATR Application Upgrade Effective May 13, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA Platform ATR (stand by) maintenance to be conducted Wednesday, May 13th, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.
Planned activities include deployment of software updates designed to support card association compliance initiatives. ● Customer Master File (CMF) and Transaction Data Store (TDS) for NA region will continue to be available during this event. ● There will be minimal impact to transaction processing. The region will operate in Alternate Transaction Routing (ATR) mode for a two-minute test after deployment. This is between the hours of 6:30 a.m. ET and 8:00 a.m. ET. ● Administrative functions such as reversal, tip adjust, pre-auth completion, and batch close functions will be unavailable to point-of-sale users while GSAP-NA is processing in ATR mode.
