We will be releasing product and system enhancements to the Ovation platform between 2:00 AM MT and 3:00 AM MT on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. During this maintenance, an update to RabbitMQ will be performed.
Multi-register Terminal+ or Register locations may encounter the following:
Timeclock: Registers may not be in sync. Held Orders: * Orders may reflect on one, but not all registers. * Orders can be claimed on multiple registers. Order Ahead: Notifications will not be displayed.
