Scheduled Maintenance: GNAP-North Host Production Maintenance Effective November 5, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing targeted GNAP-Greenhouse North Authorization Platform maintenance on Thursday, November 5th, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 04:30 a.m. EST and is scheduled to end at 06:00 a.m. EST the same day.
During this maintenance, we will perform a mandated compliance install requested by the MasterCard and Visa associations. While support teams anticipate this maintenance to have no impact to transaction processing, it is possible that merchants may experience minimal service interruption for any transactions associated with MasterCard. Brief Timeouts for any inflight MC transactions are possible during maintenance. Global Payments will monitor all systems during the entire maintenance window.
