Scheduled Maintenance: GNAP Host Atlanta Maintenance Effective September 16, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing targeted GNAP-Greenhouse North Authorization Platform maintenance in the Atlanta Metro Data Center on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 04:00 a.m. ET and is scheduled to end at 6:00 a.m. ET the same day.
During this maintenance window, Global Payments will perform a mandated compliance update requested by the Visa Association. No transaction processing impact is anticipated, as transaction traffic will be temporarily routed from the Atlanta Metro Data Center to the Richmond Metro Data Center throughout the maintenance activity.
Once the change has been successfully completed and validated, transaction traffic will be returned to the Atlanta Metro Data Center. Global Payments will closely monitor all systems throughout the entire process to ensure continued stability and performance.
