Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing targeted GNAP-Greenhouse North Authorization Platform maintenance on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026.
This maintenance is scheduled from 05:00 a.m. EDT to 06:00 a.m. EDT on the same day. During this maintenance window, a Mastercard compliance update will be implemented. While no impact is anticipated by the support teams, there is a possibility of brief, minimal service interruptions affecting transactions associated with Mastercard cards. Brief timeouts for in-flight MasterCard transactions may occur during this period.
Global Payments will actively monitor all systems throughout the entire maintenance window to ensure stability and minimize any potential disruption.
