Please be advised Global Payments will be performing platform maintenance on Robinhood
East / Central, on Thursday, August 27, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 02:00
AM. ET and scheduled to end at 07:00:00 AM. ET.

While support teams will be monitoring systems and strive to achieve maintenance activities
with no interruptions, merchants may experience very brief timeouts for any inflight Exchange,
GSAP, or GNAP merchant traffic that utilizes Portico service. If you experience any issues, please follow the established escalation procedures.
