Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP NA ATR Application upgrade
Effective June 18, 2026

Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA Platform ATR (stand by) maintenance to be conducted Thursday June 18th, 2026. Our change window begins at 6:00am ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00am ET that day.

Planned activities include deployment of software updates designed to support card association compliance initiatives.

Customer Master File (CMF) and Transaction Data Store (TDS) for NA region will continue to be available during this event.

There will be minimal impact to transaction processing. The region will operate in Alternate Transaction Routing (ATR) mode for a two minute test after deployment. This is between the hours of 6:30am ET and 8:00am ET.

Administrative functions such as reversal, tip adjust, pre-auth completion, and batch close functions will be unavailable to point-of-sale users while GSAP-NA is processing in ATR mode
